itu lah tagline company yg saye pernah bekerje selama 9bulan. that was my first job in fact right after i finished my study. semua orang mesti akan cakap - oh, bertuahnye die dapat kerje dekat situ, well the truth is, saye sangat lah bertuah dapat kerja dekat situ. bukan semua orang boleh kerja dekat situ.
teramat banyak sangat pengalaman yang saye dapat while i was there. almaklumlah first time pule bekerje kan. terlampau banyaknye sampai ade yang saye dah lupe. namun, pengalaman2 tu lah yang telah mengajar saye untuk mase depan. baik buruk semua saye terime je. saye takde hal punye.
pengalaman yang paling common sekali untuk org yg bekerje dlm customer service field, of course lah i get to meet so many kinds of people. oh by the way, i was positioned dekat klcc, so lagi lah macam2 rupe manusia yang saye jumpe. but it was fun though. saye ade a few regular customer, *a few here means, dlm 3, 4 org je, saye ni taklah terlampau peramah sgt*. as far as i can remember, *listing ikut kepentingan yeh* 1. kak zie(from terengganu) 2. dennis chua seong teong(from taiping) 3. the young lady that work with petronas *lupe name*(from pj) 4. aunty cine kepohci(from i dont know where). about them nanti dalam lain entry lah ye.
while i was still working, ade jugak lah org datang dekat2 offer kerja lain. tapi time tu saye tak terfikir nak bertukar kerje pon. i just listened to them and promised that i'll call them during my off day but which it turns out yang saye akan tido je time off day saye. working dalam retail punye industry mmg lah sangat memenatkan. ade org dari other brands datang offer, dari company yg buat trading offer jadik marketing dieorg, insurance lah, spa lah, macam2 lah offer yang saye dapat, saye cume ambik business card dieorg and keep it in my card holder *which i need to return bile resign, haha*. i just took the card because of the courtesy which i now yg mmg i tak berminat pon.
lagi, i get to held a minor position besides my major position that is as their sales associate. i dapat jawatan as a shoe's team member and before i resigned, i dapat jadik assistant visual merchandiser. ok, i explain satu2. sales associate ni, seperti biase lah kan, kene persuade org beli barang and all those things. *oh yes, before the staff boleh turun floor, kiteorg kene pergi training for a months dulu ye. you know, we are selling a very expensive things, so that bile customer tanye, we can answer them kan! and there are a lot of minor trainings every month*. shoe's team member pulak, semestilah kene tau pasal every particular design kan, how does it made of, the material, bla bla bla, besides, kiteorg jugak kene tau pasal the stock, as well as the display of the shoe's. macam mane nak display kasut-kasut tu supaye org berminat nak beli kasut kan. knowledge about shoe's was i gained here. so boleh lah i keje kedai kasut plak lepas ni, hehe. finally, assistant visual merchandiser. dalam satu negara, there will be one visual merchandiser manager, as for malaysia it is under robin kok *ahem* and each store there will be one head and one assistant. klcc punye head is kak tini and the assistant is me, i joined the team after widi was terminated. vm team ni plays a very special part. susunan barang dalam kedai kene betol, nak menarik pembeli lah pulakkan. psychology and art is important here, tapi art saye terok, tapi takpelah saye assistant saje kan?
what else eh? oh the working environment, consider macam sucks jugak lah, sebab saye rase macam saye stuck di dalam satu dunia yg tersangatlah kecil which is the store only. sakit ok jiwe dan rage. but the working team is the best. better compared to starhill. i am so lucky bile dapat bekerje dengan team klcc. so much fun!
